Exchange your goods within 30 days from the date of order, regardless of whether the item does not fit you, does not like it or does not meet your expectations for any other reason. We offer you the following return options:

Returns made easy

Send us an email (info@subsonic.at) with the order number, the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or voucher. If the product is faulty, please add a photo in the email.

Who bears the return costs?

In the case of defective products, SUBSONIC will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer must bear the costs. Please always contact our service team before returning anything. In many cases, we find a solution that avoids unnecessary sending of packages back and forth.
